Health Assurance is a straightforward subscription-based membership plan that gives you discounts on your dental care. Even better, there are no premiums, questions about coverage, or paperwork to deal with. We offer three different plans designed to fit different dental health needs. For just a low monthly fee, you can have access to quality dentistry and a healthy smile!

How Does Health Assurance Work?

We offer Health Assurance to patients who don’t have dental insurance. That’s the only requirement to be eligible! Health Assurance is not insurance, nor can it be combined with insurance. The membership program is exclusive to Renken Dentistry, and can only be used at our Springfield, IL office. Individuals, families, and even companies can sign up. You can also purchase a subscription for family or friends. To get started with a membership, select a plan that fits your needs. Purchase it on our website, and then let us know you’re a member at your next appointment. We’ll verify your subscription is active and give you a card to keep in your wallet. You can begin using your benefits right away.

You’ll receive discounts on preventive care and packaged services according to the plan you selected. Health Assurance comes with a 3-year guarantee on all dental care performed during the subscription for up to 3 years of the date of service. If you need a more extensive procedure in the future, we’ll apply your investment in the initial treatment to the additional dental care. If you need a service that isn’t covered by the plan, you will need to pay the regular non-discounted price.

If you’d like to see the cost difference between the standard fees and Health Assurance fees, just let us know. Your dentist would be happy to give you a treatment plan so you can easily see the differences in cost. You’re under no obligation with Health Assurance. You’re welcome to cancel your subscription any time or let it lapse. Once your subscription has ended, however, you’ll no longer be able to take advantage of the discounts or the 3-year guarantee.
